Breakfast at the Inn at Sugar Hollow Farm

Breakfast at The Inn at Sugar Hollow Farm is a relaxed, informal experience designed to fuel you up for whatever plans you have to enjoy our area. We typically serve our breakfasts in a buffet or family style so you are free to decide how hungry you are and maybe go back for seconds of your favorite dish.

Our medium roast Greenberry's coffee locally roasted, and we always have a selection of hot teas available and of course, orange juice.

Our Favorite Breakfast Offerings

One of our feature dishes is a vegetable cheese frittata featuring eggs, cheddar, peppers, onions, mushrooms and roasted corn. Side dishes include homemade hash brown potatoes, fried green tomatoes, bacon, fruit salad and Hayden's fresh biscuits complete with a dollop of delicious local apple butter.

Another favorite is our ham, Swiss cheese, and asparagus strata complimented with our fried Old Bay zucchini patties and a Native American dish which is a unique mix of squash, sauteed onion, fried potatoes and kielbasa sausage. We will also add our balsamic sliced tomatoes dressed with a little feta cheese at the end of the buffet.  Along with this hearty meal we usually serve a fresh made fruit salad and spice muffins.

Sunday morning we will often send our guests off with our popular scratch made pumpkin pancakes, with a dash of nutmeg and ginger in the batter. As a topping for your pancakes or as a side, you'll want to try our locally sourced apples, baked and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Soft scrambled eggs, true southern style baked cheese grits, muffins, and a big plate of sausage fill out your breakfast plate.

Dietary Restrictions

Because we serve a variety of dishes with every breakfast, our gluten-free and vegetarian guests usually have no problem finding something hearty and delicious. However please let us know in advance of any dietary restrictions or preferences so we can be sure that you are well taken care of at the breakfast table.

When Do We Serve?

We typically serve breakfast at 9am, and because this is a casual family style setting, you may feel free to sleep in a little and arrive after 9, if you needsomething earlier, let us know and we will prepare coffee and muffins to go for your early departure.
