The Breakfast Buffet - Served from 9am - 10am Daily
Breakfast at The Inn at Sugar Hollow Farm is a relaxed, informal experience designed to fuel you up for whatever plans you have to enjoy our area. We typically serve our breakfasts in a buffet or family style so you are free to decide how hungry you are and maybe go back for seconds of your favorite dish.
Our usual breakfasts highlight our farm fresh eggs and include an egg dish such as our baked apple quiche, or a french toast dish. We typically serve bacon or sausages on the side along with hash browns, scratch made biscuits and fresh cut fruit salad. Other mornings, one of our favorite dishes is Dina's ricotta cheese pancakes served with apple butter and sour cream toppings or, for small groups, omelets made to order with bacon, cheese and a variety of veggies as you please.
Sunday mornings we will often send our guests off with our popular scratch made buttermilk pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, and southern style cheese grits casserole. As a topping for your pancakes or as a side, you'll want to try our apples, baked and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
Our medium roast Greenberry's coffee is locally roasted, and we always have a selection of hot teas available and of course, orange juice and ice water. Coffee is available 24 hrs from our Keurig machines.
We have continental options available before 9am, such as breakfast cereals and yogurt, along with coffee, tea, orange juice. Because we are about 30 minutes from Monticello, we recommend that our guests who want to take a reserved tour to try and make plans no earlier than 10:30am so they can enjoy our 9am hot breakfast buffet and still make their tour.
If 9am seems like it's a bit on the early side for you, feel free to come to breakfast as late as 10am. However, everything will be hot, fresh, and ready at 9am so we may have to warm things up a bit for you if your are arriving much later. Keep in mind check out is by 11am.
